With his help, and the help of his beloved rescue cats “Pinch” and “Chester”, we created this organic cat spice. Hank’s cat Pinch has a special relationship with us. As a tiny kitten, she was found by Pinch Spice Market’s owners on a busy street (full story here). They sent out a plea for help, and Hank and his family responded immediately. They fell in love with her, took her into their family, and, to our delight, named her after the spice company. Pinch the Cat has the best life today thanks to Hank and his family.
