Our Cajun blend is a certified organic nod to the much respected “slappy” kind you may have seen around. It’s not meant to taste exactly the same, but rather it’s a tip of the hat to their creation with added organic flavor of our own creation. It’s a bit over medium spicy with some Cajun heat that’s nicely balanced with natural sweetness thanks to sprinkles of our pumpkin pie seasoning and nutmeg worked into it. It instantly adds flavor to any dish, especially catfish, shrimp, stews, rice and beans, tofu, burgers, cooked leafy veggies/greens and for seafood broils.
