Our Cajun blend is a certified organic nod to the much respected “slappy” kind you may have seen around. It’s not meant to taste exactly the same, but rather it’s a tip of the hat to their creation with added organic flavor of our own creation. It’s a bit over medium spicy with some Cajun heat that’s nicely balanced with natural sweetness thanks to sprinkles of our pumpkin pie seasoning and nutmeg worked into it.
