This is a great all purpose flour – made from wheat where the germ and bran have been removed then slowly stoneground in the traditional manner to give it a lighter, finer texture. Providing dietary fibre and good levels of protein, this nutritious white flour is ideal for baking and bread making. Stoneground flour is produced by the traditional process of grinding grains between two millstones, as opposed to rollermilled flour which is the modern way of milling flour using rollers. This organic white flour has had no chemical bleaching, no alcohol treatment, no additives, no anti-bacterial agents, no anti-fungal agents and no bromate added.
