Since it contains zink oxide, titanium, it is probably a physical sunscreen. There is no white cast, but if the skin is well hydrated first, blending will be very easy. Coming to tone up, it won’t have the same coverage as a BB cream, but those who don’t wear makeup on a daily basis will get a natural glow. And a matte finish. It’s a very good sunscreen for the price. Apply like normal sunscreen 10-15 minutes before going outside. I hope it helps.
