I’ve been using this for the past few days and have fallen in love �� it’s not like the usual runny liquid toners. It’s quite thick like a serum but is not heavy on the skin. It’s similar in texture and consistency to the cosrx snail mucin 96 but not as slimey and sticky. I pour a little onto my hands and apply to my cleansed damp face like a serum and massage it in. No irritation, verrrry little scent from the oats. Makes the skin feel hydrated, moisturised, soothed. It’s a tiny bit tacky but not greasy. I apply my serums and moisturiser on top. It costs more than other toners but the texture and quality is worth it, especially if you have dry or irritated skin
