Coriander is of course the dried seeds which when fresh gives us cilantro. It is a staple in curries that you make yourself with other Indian spices like cardamom, turmeric and cumin. But lately I’ve been adding it to a lot of things. Like cornbread. Oh dear I can’t remember what else I add it to. Potato dishes? A pot of beans? Stewed tomatoes? But I do know that I keep some in a new rechargeable gravity feed spice grinder that I bought. My most used spice after salt, pepper and cinnamon. The Pinch coriander is swoonworthy. It’s so pleasantly aromatic. Open up a bag and smell it. Em Em Em! Better yet crush some up in a mortar and pestle. It’s a mild spice, but the Pinch product is the best and strongest I’ve ever smelled/tasted. Wonderful!
