Non-alcoholic rosé wine Nooh Rosé is a non-alcoholic rosé wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Blanc, Cinsault and Syrah grapes from the Rosé d’une Nuit By La Coste vintage. Savour the excellence of non-alcoholic wines from Provence The alcohol in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, that is, evaporation at a maximum temperature of 35-40°C, so as not to alter the wine and preserve all its aromas. Pressed fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. The ageing occurs in thermoregulated tanks on fine lees to preserve the fruit and freshness and provide volume in the mouth. Tasting Notes An alcohol-free rosé wine with pale salmon in colour, it has notes of yellow grapefruit (acid and sweet), white peach and raspberry. Volume: 75 cl.
