Description Non-alcoholic rosé wine made 100% with grapes of the Carignan variety in the Maipo Valley (Chile). Sinzero is the first Chilean brand to specialize in dealcoholized wines. To extract the alcohol, they use the Low-Pressure Distillation technique which makes the wine begin to evaporate its alcohol at a low temperature but never reaches the boiling point.
