I’m in love with this French Grey Salt! I have used a tin and a couple of the 4 oz packages, so I have used it for awhile now! I like how easy it is to get just a “pinch” of salt from the tin and sprinkle it on. The textural feel in your fingers is an experience in itself and then once you taste it there is a slight coarseness that quickly dissipated followed by a mild salty taste with the depth of ocean undertones. Just perfect! I upturn Grey French Salt along with an olive oil from Greece and your That’s Amore as a dipping oil for my homemade artisan bread! I also use your Grey French salt in soups, on Turkey burgers and a hint on chicken sausage! Just perfect! Thank you!
