Knowing we catch & eat a lot of mahi & tuna, our son gave us a bag of Grilling Nemo & a bag of Bay Seasoning. Yesterday, unbeknownst to my wife, I put pinches of both spices on our grilled mahi. WOW! She (& I) loved the fresh subtle blended flavors which enhanced the flavor of mahi! Anxious to try on yellowfin tuna. Thanks for these wonderful new products (for us!). LOL: my wife said, ‘No more Old Bay’!
